Services Offered

We provide professional cleaning services including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move‑in/move‑out cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and post‑construction cleaning. All services are offered as one‑time purchases unless otherwise stated in a separate recurring service agreement.

Billing and Payment Terms

  • All services require payment at the time of booking, with the balance due upon service completion.
  • Payment must be received in full before we begin delivery of the service.
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Single Sale vs Subscription

All services offered on our website are single‑sale (one‑time) purchases unless you have separately signed a recurring service agreement. You will not be automatically billed for any recurring charges unless you have explicitly subscribed to a recurring plan.

Service Delivery

  • Standard Residential Cleaning: typically completed within 2‑4 hours.
  • Deep Cleaning: typically completed within 4‑8 hours.
  • Commercial Cleaning: timeline varies based on space size, quoted individually.
  • Move‑In/Move‑Out Cleaning: typically completed within 4‑8 hours.

We will schedule a convenient time for our team to visit your property.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the areas to be cleaned. This includes securing pets, providing water/electricity access, and ensuring valuables are stored safely. We are not liable for damage to items left in the work area.

You are also responsible for providing accurate property details and responding to our inquiries in a timely manner.

Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justin Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Justin Cleaning LLC and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
